2. Nature of Services

SMM Tool Box sells digital services such as social media engagement, promotional packages and related online fulfillment services. Delivery time, refill availability, minimum quantity, maximum quantity and order conditions may vary from service to service and are displayed on the platform wherever applicable.

• All services are provided on a best effort basis.
• We reserve the right to update, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee permanent results where the platform itself removes, adjusts or audits activity.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and payment.
• You must not use another person’s payment method, identity, account or content without authorization.
• You agree not to misuse the platform for fraud, spam, abuse, illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights.

4. Orders and Fulfilment

Orders are processed after successful payment or wallet deduction. Once an order is submitted, it may enter processing automatically. You are responsible for submitting the correct link, username, quantity and service selection.

• Wrong, private, invalid, restricted or changed links may cause delays, partial delivery or order failure.
• If a service becomes unavailable after order placement, we may cancel or refund the affected order as per our Refund Policy.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect order details entered by the customer.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payments may be processed using supported payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallet balance through approved payment partners including Cashfree.

• Charges are applied at the time of order placement or wallet funding.
• You authorize us to process the transaction amount for your selected service or wallet top-up.
• Any fraudulent, disputed or unauthorized transaction may lead to account suspension and reporting to the relevant payment provider.

6. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to exploit website bugs, APIs or pricing errors.
• Using the platform for illegal content, hate, harassment, impersonation or deceptive activity.
• Initiating false chargebacks or payment disputes after successful service or wallet credit.
• Uploading or requesting actions that violate the policies of any social media platform or applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account that appears to be involved in abuse, suspicious payment behavior, repeated policy violations, duplicate fraud, or any activity that risks harm to the business, users or payment ecosystem.

8. Intellectual Property

All website design, code, branding, logos, graphics and platform content belong to SMM Tool Box or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute the website content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMM Tool Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of business, account restrictions, revenue loss, or third-party platform actions resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific affected order.
