  • Estimated start speed can vary by service category, quantity and external platform conditions.
  • Order status can be tracked from the customer dashboard after placement.

3. Delivery Timelines

Because these are digital services, exact completion times cannot always be guaranteed. Factors such as account status, link validity, quantity size, target platform restrictions and provider availability may affect fulfilment time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide the correct public link, username or post URL when placing an order.
  • Do not submit private, invalid, deleted or restricted links.
  • Review minimum and maximum quantity limits before payment.

5. Failed or Unsupported Orders

If an order cannot be started or completed because the service becomes unavailable, the link is unsupported, or a technical issue occurs, the case is reviewed under the Refund Policy.

6. No Physical Shipping Charges

Since SMM Tool Box does not sell physical products on this website, there are no courier fees, warehousing charges or shipping surcharges on the platform.
