Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when wallet top-ups, digital orders and failed transactions may qualify for a refund on SMM Tool Box.
Effective date: June 05, 2025
Because SMM Tool Box provides digital services and instant or scheduled order processing, refunds are handled according to the nature of the service and transaction status described below.
1. General Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment or duplicate wallet funding for the same transaction.
- Successful payment but wallet was not credited due to a verified technical issue.
- Order could not be started, completed or accepted because the selected service became unavailable or unsupported.
- Incorrect debit caused by a verified system error on our side.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders that have already started, are in progress or have been completed.
- Orders placed with incorrect link, private account, restricted content, wrong username, wrong quantity or other customer input errors.
- Expected performance differences caused by third-party platform algorithm changes, account moderation or content removal.
- Wallet top-ups already credited successfully, except where required by law or approved after internal review.
3. Partial Refunds
If an order is only partially completed or cannot be completed after starting, we may provide a partial refund or wallet adjustment for the undelivered portion, depending on service status, provider response and internal verification.
4. Order Cancellation
Cancellation is possible only before an order begins processing. Once an order is submitted to the service system or marked as processing, it may no longer be cancellable. If cancellation is accepted, the amount may be returned to the original payment source or to the wallet, depending on transaction status and payment channel.
5. Refund Method and Timelines
- Approved refunds may be credited to your website wallet or returned to the original payment source.
- Refunds to the original payment source may take 5 to 7 business days, or longer depending on banks, UPI networks, card issuers or payment partners such as Cashfree.
- Wallet adjustments, where applicable, are usually processed faster after verification.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you raise a chargeback or dispute for a valid, completed or wallet-credited transaction without first contacting support, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the dispute using transaction and order records.
